Product Purchases
All sales made on the CG web site are final. Orders must be paid in advance of delivery via Check, or Credit Card. Orders are processed/shipped within three (3) business days following receipt of electronic payment (if applicable). Shipping charges are calculated at the time of purchase, and will be included in the final invoice.
Termination of Use
CG may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the CG Web site at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. CG reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspects of the CG Web site at any time without prior notice.
Billing
Billing for items must be prepaid, or are due at the time service is rendered. CG reserves the right to discontinue all service to your account if any invoice balance becomes past due.
Refusal of Service
CG reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at its sole discretion. Failure to follow any terms or conditions established by CG may result in immediate termination without refund.
Payment Policies, Fees, Refunds
Full payment is required before service is rendered, which includes renewals. All payment-due notices will be sent by electronic mail. No bills or invoices will be sent by postal mail or fax. Prepayment is due each anniversary following the date the account was established. Billing will continue until you cancel your account. You may cancel at anytime.
We do not give refunds for unused months, should you want to cancel prepaid service. If you decide to cancel after prepayment, you will not receive a refund. If CG does cancellation due to restrictions violation, there will be no refund.
TERMS OF IDEA SUBMISSION
Avid International LLC and its associates do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new or improved products, processes or technologies, product enhancements, advertising and marketing campaigns, promotions or new product names. Please do not send any original materials, suggestions or other items. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Avid International’s products or marketing efforts might seem similar to ideas submitted to us. If, despite our request not to send us your ideas, you still do, then regardless of what your communication states, the following terms shall apply to your idea submission.
You agree that: (a) your ideas will automatically become the property of Avid Internatioanl LLC, without compensation to you, (b) Avid Internatioanl LLC can use the ideas for any purpose and in any way, and (c) any information you provide will be considered non-confidential.
